Alex Corby

Alex Corby is a registered social worker with a masters degree in social work.

Alex has a master degree in social work and is currently working towards mental health accreditation. Alex works with a diverse range of clients from different backgrounds cross the life span (13y/o to older adults). He has experience working in the hospital and health care setting and in homelessness sector, working with clients from complex family backgrounds and a range of health related issues effecting psychosocial functioning.

Alex strives to support people experiencing:

  • Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Suicidal Ideation, Stress, Trauma
  • Domestic and Family Violence; conflicts with family, friends or carers
  • Users of Violence and Anger Issues,
  • Victims of Crime
  • Grief and Loss

  • Interpersonal conflicts in the workforce or affected by injury
  • Other mental health diagnosis or experiencing addiction
  • Supporting those who identify with the LGBTQIA+ community
