Suzanne Robertson

For over 20 years, Suzanne has worked as a psychologist in employment services, disability services and private practice. Suzanne has experience working with clients referred through employee assistance programs (EAPs), Brisbane Minds, NDIS, Medicare referrals and WorkCover. She works with adults over the life span using a variety of therapeutic strategies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her special interests include: workplace stress and burnout, climate change anxiety and neurodevelopmental concerns.

Suzanne provides individual therapy for the following presenting concerns:

  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Mood disorders
  • Stress Management
  • Assertiveness training
  • Adjustment and self-esteem issues

Suzanne provides comprehensive psychometric assessment for adults in the following areas.

  • Neurodiversity (Autism, Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD))
  • Cognitive and memory impairments.

Suzanne is a Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor and is available to provide clinical supervision to provisional psychologists completing the 4+2 and 5+1 pathways.
